Processing Times

As many of our products are personalised or handmade to order, please allow the following preparation times before dispatch:

Personalised Ceramics

Our ceramics are individually hand-painted, glazed and kiln-fired. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created and dispatched.

Personalised Prints & Frames

Our personalised prints and framed gifts are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Other Personalised Products

Processing times may vary depending on the item. Please refer to the individual product listing for details.

Please note that processing times are separate from postal delivery times.

UK Delivery

We deliver personalised ceramics, prints and frames throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, where available shipping options will be displayed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected and the postal carrier.

International Delivery

We currently offer delivery of our personalised ceramics to the United States, as well as within the UK.

Personalised prints and frames are available for UK delivery only.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and the postal service.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Digital Downloads

Digital products do not require postage.

Personalised digital orders will be prepared and supplied electronically once your design is complete.

Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timescales, occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

If we anticipate a significant delay in preparing your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its destination.
